Appreciating the finer things

No electricity for 8 days. Children, that sucked a big one. BUT--stayed at an aunt's house---with my G-Ma. G-Ma turned 90 this month. She was diagnosed with Lung Cancer in November. Now, had we not lost electricity, I would not have spent an uninterrupted week with her.

So, my friends, when I say I appreciate the finer things....I mean this: Being inconvenienced enough to spend quality time with some I love.
